How do drops work?
Every AXIS collection is a numbered drop with a fixed unit count. When the timer ends or stock hits zero — whichever comes first — the drop closes forever. Sign up for drop alerts to get a 24h head start.
Will sold-out pieces come back?
No. No restocks, no re-runs, no anniversary editions. That's the whole point.
How does sizing run?
Everything is cut oversized. If you want a regular fit, size down once. Every product page lists the model's height and worn size.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, tracked and insured, within 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over €80. Customs fees outside the EU are on you.
Can I return an item?
Unworn items can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Since drops never restock, exchanges are only possible while the drop is live and stock remains.
My piece arrived damaged — what now?
Faulty items are replaced or refunded, always. Mail support with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.
